    i only drink water (besides the occasional alcoholic beverage) and soy/almond milk. and i use moisturizer day and night. and when i know i’ll be out in the sun, i’ll wear sunscreen.

    I have been using olay products since it was oil of olay. That and a vegetarian lifestyle hopefully has helped slow down the aging process. I do look younger than I am.
