The chart comes with stickers to place on the chart when the child completes his/her bedtime routine. There are options for night time activities (I have brushed my teeth, and I’ve used the bathroom) and also morning options (I stayed in bed all night, I fell asleep by myself). This helps to monitor your child’s activities.
